Tomorrow, 7th March 2019, will see over 300 UCD Rugby Football Club (UCDRFC) volunteers take to the Belfield and Blackrock campuses to collect donations in aid of the Irish Cancer Society.
The Club has routinely raised over €10,000 in recent years from its Daffodil Day collections. A photoshoot organised in February saw IRFU players Josh van der Flier, James Ryan, Andrew Porter, Adam Byrne, Garry Ringrose and Dan Leavy come out in support of the Club's fundraising efforts alongside UCDRFC members and Green Party TD Catherine Martin.

Established almost 55 years ago, the Irish Cancer Society provides funding for cancer research and supports for cancer patients and their families. Since 2010, the charity has invested over €20 million into cancer research in Ireland.
