Aparto Montrose student accommodation provider have announced the reopening of their 210-bed student housing in September for the 2022/2023 academic year.
The accommodation closed its doors in August 2020, with concerns being raised over fire safety issues, with those who had been residing being relocated, and incoming tenants receiving refunds.
Student’s who found themselves without accommodation were offered a €1,000 voucher towards the purchase of a scooter or bicycle if they opted to relocate to another aparto residence, most of which are located in the city centre.
The accommodation, which is under ownership of US developer Hines, is offering accommodation rates of between €220 and €320 a week. Aparto Montrose describe their premises as being in a “lavish and exclusive Dublin 4 area” and “offering stylish and modern student living.”
